Radiologx is a doctor-in-the-loop AI assistant for oncology and MSK radiology: structured report drafting, follow-up comparison, and interval-change alerts, embedded directly into the existing reporting workflow.
The design constraint that shapes everything else: the clinician's sign-off is the product's output. Nothing leaves Radiologx as a finished report until a radiologist has reviewed it, edited it, and put their name on it.
What the radiologist sees
Radiologx is development-stage software in pilot evaluation: not UKCA marked, not CE marked, and not placed on the market as a medical device. During evaluation its outputs are not used for patient diagnosis or management. The radiologist owns the final clinical report; we own the software's documented performance, safety controls and version management.
