How we work

How we work

Methodology is ours

Reference-standard design, adjudication rules, provenance and statistical framing are developed in-house and documented as the TruthRule™ method — each requirement mapped to its primary regulatory source, not paraphrased from it.

Domain authority is named per engagement: a credentialed expert matched to the claim, who reviews and signs the protocol. If we cannot name and assign a matching expert, we do not take the work.

The reading bench

Our readers are licensed specialist radiologists holding senior hospital appointments, covering CT, MRI, X-ray and ultrasound. Reader credentials, registration details and working location are documented per engagement and provided for client approval before any read — the same way any imaging core lab qualifies its readers, and with the same right of veto.

We do not offer histopathology, dermatology or ophthalmology reading.

Privacy notice

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There are no tracking pixels and no forms that store your data. Two third parties do see a request when you visit: our host, Vercel, which serves the pages and keeps short-lived server logs including your IP address, and Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces this site uses.

If you email us, we hold your name, address and message in our mailbox (Google Workspace) and use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Legal basis: legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry about our services. Retention: for the life of the commercial relationship and then six years, to match the usual UK limitation period for contract claims. We run no mailing lists.
